🕓 Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

👤 Occupancy Policy

• Maximum occupancy per Tree Hut is 3 adults unless otherwise specified
• Children under 5 years stay free with parents (limit 2 child)
• All guests must present valid ID at check-in

🚭 Smoking Policy

• All rooms are non-smoking
• A cleaning fee of ₹2,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found

🐶 Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with valid documentation
• Unauthorized pets will result in a fine of ₹3,000 and possible eviction

🔒 Security & Valuables

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• In-room lockers are provided for valuables
• The resort is not liable for lost or stolen items

🧺 Housekeeping

• Rooms are cleaned daily
• Towels and linens are changed every 2 days or on request
• Use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if housekeeping service is not required

🎉 Noise & Conduct

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited during quite hours
• Guests causing disturbance may be asked to vacate without refund

🔧 Damage Policy

• Guests will be charged for any damage to the room or resort property
• Management reserves the right to determine repair or replacement costs

🛑 Prohibited Items

Weapons, illegal drugs, flammable items, and cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

50% Amount will be charged  in case of cancellation / Amendment done in less than 2 days from the Check in date. 
20 % of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee, if booking cancelled within the 7 days period.
15 % of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee, if booking cancelled within the 30 days of period.
