At Explore Kerala Stay, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring a fair process for both our guests and our partner resorts.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund terms apply based on the notice period before your scheduled check-in:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation between 24 hours to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund will be provided.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call our customer support team. Be sure to include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Please note that some special promotional rates or packages may be non-refundable. In such cases, the cancellation terms will be clearly specified at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment used during booking. Please note that delays may occur based on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications to Booking

If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact our support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
