Cancellation Terms
- 48 hours or more before arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Within 48 hours of arrival: A cancellation fee of one night's room rate plus tax will be charged.
- No-show: If you fail to check-in on your scheduled arrival date without notification, a fee of one night's room rate plus tax will be charged.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the cancellation is made.
- All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during booking.
Special Conditions
- Group bookings (5 rooms or more): 7-day cancellation notice required.
- Long-term stays (7 nights or more): 14-day cancellation notice required.
